Ranfa Sports Co. is committed to providing top-quality products at cost-competitive prices without compromising on the quality of the products. We keep our customers updated on the delivery status of their samples/orders. Ranfa Sports Co. well understands the needs of the customers therefore each and every inquiry is entertained with due importance and is timely answered. The general reply time is 48 business hours. However, If you do not receive a reply to your email please give us a call at customer support numbers because there is a possibility that your email might have reached the spam folder


Since we receive numerous inquiries every day requesting samples of our products for quality evaluation purposes, we have devised a policy to offer samples on request. 

Ranfa sports Co. doesn’t offer samples free of charge to our new customers, Samples are available against payment of samples + courier in advance through our Bankers(Wire Transfer TT), Western Union, or MoneyGram whichever is easily convenient to you. Due to safe delivery samples will be sent through courier.

"Samples amount will be refunded in first order"

We do not stock or store any product, all the products are made to order therefore we require a minimum of 10 to 15 working days to supply the samples order requested.

 If it is even one piece or pair, we shall entertain each and every inquiry on its turn. Therefore we shall appreciate your patience to wait for the requested samples

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Ranfa Sports Co. only deals with large purchase companies. However, for the first purchase/test order, we can produce as per demand.


We don’t stock or store any products; all the products are producing as per customer’s requirements.

Custom Private Labeling

We always welcome our customer's requests for private labeling and branding. We can place your logos and labels on the products as well. We have the latest printing facility where do woven labels, embroidery, patches, screenprint, and sublimation printing on the products. We may not charge any extra amounts for printing or labeling for simple designs

Client Privacy & Development

From serval years we are producing top quality professional gear and we are always ready to produce new products according to modern techniques and our client's requirements. Ranfa Sports Co has a professional team to meet any of your requirements. 

You can send us the original physical samples or scanned or digital images/ drawings of your own designs or models of the products that you would like us to develop specially for you If you do not find the required products on our website or PDF catalog. We guarantee 100% secrecy of your new designs. Our R&D department is equipped with the latest machinery and skills and will develop any new product and design as per your requirements.


Our prices are competitive against quality. However, on customer demand, we workout on different leather and raw materials for compete market prices

Since the drastic economic crisis & COVID19 is prevailing, Material costs continuously vary therefore the price list would be applicable for a maximum of two months, you will be notified in advance of any price changes that take place after that duration.

Order Completion Time and delivery.

We generally require 3 to 4 four weeks to complete your order, however, the order completion time depends on the quantity of your order. You will be informed about the exact completion time of your order beforehand.  After the order is completed it generally takes approximately one week for the shipment to reach its destination by air. By sea, the delivery time is approximately 25 days. In certain cases, it might take 30 to 45 days by sea as well.

Shipment Ready Notification.

The Buyer would be notified that the shipment is ready.

  • In the case of F.O.B shipments, the buyer would ask their shipping/handling agent (if any) to collect the shipment from the factory. if no factory will arrange the shipping agent on behalf of the buyer. 
  • In the case of C.I.F shipments, the factory would be responsible to arrange the shipping agent and will hand over the shipment for further process/action on their own.

Shipping Documents.

When the shipment is dispatched and documents are issued by the shipping line (i.e. Airway Bill or Bill of Lading) the Factory would dispatch the original documents to the buyer for shipment release from the destination airport or seaport.

Duties / Taxes at Destination.

The Buyer would pay ALL the duties/taxes if applicable at the destination in both F.O.B and C.I.F cases. 

Demurrage / Storing Charges.

In case the Buyer fails to collect the shipment at the destination airport/seaport on time and if there are any demurrage/storage charges the Ranfa Sports Co would not be responsible for that and the Buyer has no right to claim the loss.

Defective and Manufacturing Errors (Defects).

Ranfa Sports Co. always stands behind our products. If we get any complain or manufacturing error in production, we will exchange you the products.

Payment Terms

50% in advance with Order + 50% Before Shipment

100% advance payment with order

50% Advance and 25% before shipment and 25% after receiving the shipment.

 Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C).

Transfers through Western Union or Moneygram are also acceptable for small orders and sample orders.
